Orientation and Registration is the next step for students who have been applied and admitted to the college, have course placement information on file, and are ready to register for courses.
These sessions include important information new students need to know about PTCC about registering for courses, financial aid, paying tuition, important deadlines and campus-wide policies and procedures.
PTCC's New Student Orientation and Registration is a 1-2 hour session. We encourage students to take their Accuplacer assessment (if applicable) and attend a New Student Orientation Registration session on the same day. Accuplacer assessments will begin 2 hours prior to orientation and registration sessions. Student can expect to be on campus for 3-4 hours if coming for both assessment and the Orientation and Registration session.
Visit our Course Placement page for a list of resources to practice for your assessement.
