PTCC has partnered with BankMobile, a financial services company, to offer a safer, more convenient, and more environmentally-friendly method of financial aid refund disbursements to students. Financial aid and tuition refunds are disbursed to students via their selected refund preference.
First, all students MUST ensure PTCC has a current, accurate mailing address on file to ensure the Refund Selection Kit and financial aid refunds are sent to the appropriate person(s). How do you do this?
- Go to eServices
- Enter your StarID and password, Institution: Pine Technical & Community College
- Account Management
- Address Info
- Select "View" or "Edit" (If the "Edit" option is not available, contact Student Affairs to update your address.)
